- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Conference: June 2, 2004 8:00am-4:30pm, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in cooperation with the Department of Veterans Affairs and George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), is hosting the First Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Conference.
